  • Trained staff on operating procedures, setup and troubleshooting

  • Engineered fixtures to accurately locate multiple components at a time for large-scale production

  • Used square stock secured with low-profile mitee-bite hold-downs due to cylindrical geometry of parts

  • Deferred cylindrical machining to the final step to utilize previously machined features for effective fixturing
