  • Developed fixtures and toolpaths for machining snowmobile handlebar risers.

    • Machine: Haas VF-3SS

    • Software: Solidworks/Fusion 360

  • Designed multiple setups to facilitate extensive machining operations on both sides.

  • Utilized low-profile hold downs to support thin material (only 1/8" remaining after machining).

  • Incorporated precision pockets for secure component support during the machining process.
